Great couple of days up in Redding, CT to stay at my friend Cathy's yoga studio/guest house called Open Sky Yoga Barn.

They also have a pool so we got some good swimming in a couple of times - always a plus!

We also got to visit Kent Falls State Park near Kent, CT. Awesome place - got to swim in a couple of the little collecting pools here as well.

After that it was time to go meet our friends Dave Oliver and Maria Tiscia at West Beach which is at Stamford, CT. And yes, Maya got in the water there as well - the Long Island Sound.

Then it was back to the Yoga Barn for our last night there.
